A life without Music, Dance or Theatre, is not much more than mere existence for most of us. Not a single celebration in our life is possible without dance.
A series of set of movements to music, either alone or with a partner. That is the definition of dancing. Dancing is a way to express one's feeling and to get active. Dance is one of the most beautiful forms of art. A number of people enjoy dancing as an outlet of releasing one's tensions after a hard day's work. Dancing can also be a form of exercise to burn unwanted fat away. Dance means many things to different people and to different cultures. Basically, Dance comprises of three simple words:

- Dance is no longer just a hobby but a therapy which helps a person to remain fit and to heal from within. Many exercise regimens today have incorporated dancing as part of their physical activities. By combining dancing with your daily exercise through this dance club, students can enjoy themselves while keeping their body fit and trim.
Every dance form has its own unique identity. Each dance is beautiful in its own way and has a different appeal to it. To dance is an expression of one's individuality. There are many dance forms that you can try to your heart's content.

This curriculum is designed to acquaint a beginning student, and strives to offer variety for a more experienced or trained student. We make these offerings because we know how much DANCE can enrich a student’s life.
